Exercising on a daily basis is essential for maintaining or enhancing your physical fitness. Not only does it improve your appearance, it also helps boost your overall health and wellness. Even though most people are well aware of the benefits exercise has to offer, they don't always have the time to workout. Daily routine and responsibilities can take up the vast majority of our day, leaving us with little time for anything else. After a long day at school with classes back to back, work, and reading right after, the last thing you want to do is more work. Exercising sounds too draining at this point, so you put on your PJs and you watch some Netflix instead. But...

What if I told you that you can combine Netflix and working out? Even better, FRIENDS and working out?

Yes, you heard that right! Give working out a little fun twist and stay in shape with these 10 basic exercises you can do from the comfort of your home (while watching FRIENDS of course!)...

1. Squats

Do 25 squats every time you hear Joey saying "How you doin?".

2. Plank

Whenever Monica says "I know!", hold a 1 minute plank.

3. Russian Twists

20 Russian twists for every time that Ross refers to himself as Dr. Geller.

4. Push Ups

If Chandler is doing his little happy dance, get down and do 15 push ups.

5. Sit Ups

For every Rachel's long, drawn-out "Noooo!", do 10 sit ups.

6. Jumping Jacks

Is Phoebe playing her guitar again? Do 15 jumping jacks.

7. Crunches

This might be too challenging, but how about 30 crunches for every time that Janice says "Oh. My. God!"?

8. Lunges

10 lunges if you see Joey eating!

9. Mountain Climbers

If at least one of the friends is at Central Perk, do 15 mountain climbers. If the whole squad is there, do 25!

10. Tricep Dips

Do as many tricep dips as you can while the theme song is playing!

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

eye roll

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"

While this question trend can get annoying, there are a couple of pros to having RBF.

Yify

Another day, another Elle Woods comment. Can’t us blondes get through the day without someone harping at us over the typical stereotypes about who we are? I never understood why a person was judged based upon the hair color they were born with, or the hair color they choose to have (unless you dye your hair blue like Kylie Jenner, I’m still trying to understand why that’s a trend). Nevertheless, as it should be assumed, not everyone is the same. Not all blondes like bright colors and Lilly Pulitzer, and not all blondes claim to identify with Marilyn Monroe. I think the best suggestion to give to people before they make such radical claims is to stop judging a book by its cover. Or in this case, stop judging a blonde by her hair color.
