Fall is full of opportunities to spend some quality time with your special someone. Here are some ideas for simple, fun and relatively cheap fall dates.

1. Visit A Haunted House

Haunted housed are always a good time and relatively cheap. Google some haunted houses near you and make a night out of it.

2. Halloween Movie Marathon

Pick a night, your favorite spooky films, cozy blankets, some fluffy pillows and of course snacks. Take turns picking the movie or put all the titles in a hat and enjoy the random selection.

3. Apple or Berry Picking

Then come home and make a pick together. Be sure to snag some ice cream to dollop on top!

4. Picnic

Pack up a delicious meal and head out to your favorite park for a great view of the fall foliage.

5. Football Game

Nothing like suiting up in your team's colors and having a tailgate for two before the game. Or invite some other couples for a great group night out.

6. Camping

Go out and brave the great outdoors before jack frost settles in for the long haul. Enjoy the crispness in the air and get out of the city for a weekend.

7. Take A Scenic Bike Ride

Tour the beautiful sights of changing colors around your neighborhood and get a workout in while you're at it.

8. Stay In And Cook A Meal Together

Pick some of your favorite autumn dishes and cook them together. Then enjoys the fruits of your labor. Add some candles for a hint of romance.

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
