Navigating the turbulent tribulations of your early 20s can be simultaneously invigorating, confusing and hilarious. When you are abruptly dropped off into an abyss of uncertainty, unfortunate realities and mixed messages, it can sometimes feel as though the ground has been removed and you are free falling. You may hear the phrase, "don't worry, you will find your purpose and path, everyone does," a couple times a day from concerned loved ones, therapists and career counselors, while you nod your head vigorously, laughing internally at the concept of a supposed purpose driven life.
