10 Things I Can Promise As A Friend
http://www.marcandangel.com/2014/08/06/40-things-we-forget-to-thank-our-best-friends-for/

1. I have accepted everything you have done in your life with no judgment

Because I have my own skeletons in the closet that I would hope you could accept too and not judging is what our friendship is based on.

2. I will forgive you no matter what happens

If we are friends, chances are there is limited you could do to me to make me not want to forgive you. I am confident that nothing you do will ever make me too mad.

3. I will never walk away mad at you

Because you never know when it will be the last time you see someone and you are too important to me

4. If we fight, I will accept my role

I know I'm not perfect and I understand that at times I can be at fault too. So if we ever fight I take responsibility for my actions

5. I will constantly get on your nerves

I'm super annoying but you have to deal with it because you love me.

6. I will remind you how much you mean to me

Everyone deserves to know their worth, so I will continuously remind you that you are my friend no matter what and you are important.

7. I will love you at your worst and at your best

because I know you would do the same for me

8. I will support every decision you make

Regardless of how I feel about what you're doing, if you think it's the right choice, I will be your biggest supporter and fan and I will also be there to pick up the pieces if it doesn't go the way you wanted it to.

9. Our friendship is defined by laughter

Because I honestly believe that laughter is the best medicine and humor can truly heal any wound.

10. If you hurt, I hurt

You bet I'd be there for you if you ever needed me to beat someone up because you can never be in the wrong.

Thank you for also giving me your friendship in return. You mean so much to me.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
