To all of my senior friends,
As the end of your senior year approaches, take it all in.
Enjoy these last few weeks because these are the ones you are going to remember. The memories you will make in your last few days will be some of the best you have ever had. The end of my senior year was such a whirlwind of overwhelming emotion, I couldn't process everything all together.
Spend as much time as you can with your friends, in your school, and maybe with some of your favorite teachers because you are going to miss seeing them every day.
Take what you write in yearbooks seriously because people are going to remember you from them. Take as many pictures as you can, now and into your freshman year because you will want the memories when you're looking back.
Take your finals seriously, even though you want nothing more than to nap 24/7. Also, don't skip, even though you would rather die than get out of bed.
The days you miss are going to be some of the best. Enjoy your last few days of sitting in classes, not paying attention to anything anyone says because if you even try to do that in college, you'll miss so much.
Enjoy your food at home because the dining hall is absolutely disgusting. Make sure you know what values you hold dear because college will challenge them completely.
The end of senior year will be stressful and overwhelming, but it's going to be one of the most rewarding times of your life. Take in everything that you can and try to remember that these times are supposed to be the best of your life.
Don't stress out too much because it won't matter at the end of June.
