1. You automatically have something to look forward to.

Whether its a rough Tuesday night studying or that long, tediously mind-numbing class right before you go to the house, the thought of Fried Friday will get you through anything. It's power can even get you through a midterm or two (not like I can speak from experience or anything...).

2. The week will FLY by.

Once you have something like this to end your week, suddenly everything prior to it seems to speed up. It's like when you're getting ready for a holiday and all of a sudden it comes up out of nowhere, except this holiday is a weekly celebration.

3. It's a great way to catch up with people.

They say that food can bring the world together, and I feel like Fried Friday is no exception. I've brought people I barely know and left feeling closer to them, and I've brought people I haven't seen in a while simply to catch up on life. You don't even need to bring anyone in order to catch up; seeing your sisters and talking about your week is always an amazing time spent together.

4. The entire sorority row smells like heaven.

Simply being near the row makes your mouth water on Friday afternoons. House after house, they all smell like restaurants with each pumping out your favorite foods. What's not to love?

5. You get to show off your beautiful house.

Like I said earlier, bringing people to Fried Friday is a blast for a ton of reasons. One thing I love is bringing in a friend who has never been in my sorority house and seeing their jaw drop when they go in the front door. I love my sorority, so being able to brag about our beautiful house and show it off a little bit makes me happy.

6. And then your friends bring their friends...

It seriously turns into a big party. You get to meet friends, families, significant others, classmates, and visitors of all kinds. Everyone's friends intermingle with each other, and by the time you walk out you might have some really great new people in your life.

7. ALL OF THE FRIED FOODS.

This one may be obvious, but it is why we are here talking in the first place. Fried Friday is good. Like, SO GOOD. They don't exaggerate when they say it is one of the best parts of being in a sorority at UA. It's all you can eat, it's all fried, and it's all delicious. It's indescribable, really. There is seriously nothing better than a Fried Friday.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"

While this question trend can get annoying, there are a couple of pros to having RBF.

Yify

Another day, another Elle Woods comment. Can’t us blondes get through the day without someone harping at us over the typical stereotypes about who we are? I never understood why a person was judged based upon the hair color they were born with, or the hair color they choose to have (unless you dye your hair blue like Kylie Jenner, I’m still trying to understand why that’s a trend). Nevertheless, as it should be assumed, not everyone is the same. Not all blondes like bright colors and Lilly Pulitzer, and not all blondes claim to identify with Marilyn Monroe. I think the best suggestion to give to people before they make such radical claims is to stop judging a book by its cover. Or in this case, stop judging a blonde by her hair color.
