The first week of classes is something that every college freshman is at least a little nervous. After move in, we've all pretty much figured out that this experience is going to be nothing like high school. There are a million thoughts going through our heads during the days leading up to the first week, and here are just a few.
1. How is every class on the top of a hill...seriously, I've walked uphill to every class.
2. Are the classrooms always this cold?
3. Wait... where am I going again?
Does the map on my phone make it obvious I'm a freshman?
4. Hold up... weren't we JUST on the syllabus slide?
Oh, so we're starting work like... now.
5. When will the Harambe madness end?!
And did these kids really just waste their ink to print a poster of him?
6. Why am I buying more textbooks... haven't I spent enough money already?
7. Free food?!? WHERE!
Avoiding using a meal swipe one free Jimmy Johns sub at a time.
8. Pajamas are acceptable for class, right?
9. Okay, I really miss my pets.
Especially my cat.
10. How does this desk work?!
11. Maybe if I don't make eye contact, they won't try to hand my a flyer.
Nope, I was wrong. They still give you flyers.
