Freshman Year of College as told by Gilmore Girls

In honor of Gilmore Girls coming back to Netflix in a few weeks... "Twenty Gilmore Girls quotes that accurately describe freshman year of college"

1. When you are doing a group project and nobody is listening to you and you KNOW you have the answer right/ can totally kill that open ended question/ took a class on this in high school and yet NOBODY is listening to you!!!

2. When you’ve just pulled an all nighter and you are desperately finding reasons not to go to your 8 AM but you have an exam that you studied all night for (tears). You zombie crawl to the nearest starbucks looking as though you’ve recently gotten hit by a bus and drink your body weight in coffee.

3. When you’ve spent at least 12 hours trying to understand a concept in one of your classes that you absolutely despise and eventually it’s one in the morning so you just decide it’s more beneficial to just give up.

4. Monday mornings. Enough said.

5. Probably self explanatory.

6. When your professor calls on you and you were not raising your hand and have next to no idea what is going on.

7. When you come home really late from a night out and you are starving and suddenly even the most disgusting junk food tastes good.

8. When you realize you did NOT peak in high school when you’re talking to your new college friends about their crazy high school experiences

9. When you refused to register for any classes before 11 am but you’re willing to begin tailgating promptly at 9 am every Saturday morning.

10. When you have to make a really big decision on your own and the first thing you do is call your mom out of pure panic.

11. When your friend decides that they are going to drunk text the boy they met at the frat party that night “I love you” at 1:30 AM and you have to convince them not to

12. When someone asks you what you plan to do after graduation

13. When you and your friends can’t figure out plans on a Friday night

14. When someone or something tries to mess with your perfectly planned, hour by hour, daily schedule

15. When you accidentally delete an 8 page paper you just finished at 1 am and you suddenly lose your will to live

16. When you see a spider in your room and then your roommate comes home and you want them to kill it because you’re too scared

17. When you get home from a night out with friends

18. When you have your first of many mental breakdowns when you realize that there is too much to do and not enough time to get it all done

19. When you trip in front of a group of cute boys on your way out of a party

20. When you have all your priorities straight
