With Chicago under fire for the Laquan McDonald Protest, at least the city received some good news this Thanksgiving week.
Like any Chicagoan, I was excited yet reluctant to watch the game being that every time I do, the Bears lose. To my surprise, the score ended Bears 17, Packers 13.
The Bears quarter back, Jay Cutler threw for 200 yards and scored, and the Bears held off the Green Bay Packers on fourth-and-goal from the 8 with 22 seconds left. Chicago hopes for a late-season push as the play-offs begin. Chicago (5-6) has won three of its past four. The Packers (7-4) lost a second straight home game.
The Bears-Packers Rivalry began in 1921 and is the league's most played, with 192 regular-season and post-season games.
