Attention all broke or soon to be broke college students out there; this is a guide for you! A master list of all the free (or almost free) food deals throughout the year. Some offers you may find on the internet require some type of purchase, but not these. This is the complete list of 100% free food, no purchase necessary. So here it is, free food holidays in order of the date on which they occur in 2017.

Yogurtland National Fro-yo Day (February 6)

National Frozen Yogurt day occurs in the beginning of February every year, and Yogurtland celebrates big. From 4-7 p.m., customers will receive a free frozen yogurt with toppings. If free plain frozen yogurt wasn't sweet enough, Yogurtland was kind enough to give us the full experience. For the year 2017, the event is expected to fall on February 6.

IHOP National Pancake Day (February/March)

The breakfast giant offers free short stacks of three buttermilk pancakes each year in hopes that customers will make a donation toward Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. In 2016, IHOP raised $3.9 million for charity. National Pancake Day falls around the second week of March each year, with the exact date of the event varying. TIP: Don't be cheap it costs significantly less than normal, make a donation.

Ben And Jerry's Free Cone Day (March/April)

What better way to kick off spring than with a free ice cream cone? This 100% free ice cream event dates back to the year 1979, and doesn't look to be ending any time soon. Stop in at participating Ben and Jerry's locations during open hours on the designated day to receive a free single scoop cone. Check the Ben and Jerry's website for an announced date between March and April.

Rita's First Day of Spring (March 20)

For over 20 years, Rita's has celebrated the first day of spring by handing out free Italian ice. One for each guest that walks through the door with no purchase necessary. This event gets very busy, so try to shoot for "off" hours. (Stay away from right after dinner time).

Tax Day Cinnabon Bites (April 17)

Participating Cinnabon locations will hand out free Cinnabon bites on tax day. The mini cinnamon rolls will be available, two per person, during business hours. What better way to make tax day a little easier than icing covered cinnamon pastries?

Philly Pretzel Factory National Pretzel Day (April 26)

All visitors on this date will receive one free soft pretzel in honor of National Pretzel Day. Some stores even have a tradition of giving the first 100 visitors a coupon to get one free pretzel each day for the next month. Their pretzels are made fresh daily, and are a surprisingly high source of protein with 14g in each pretzel.

Orange Leaf "You Be You" Day (End of April)

This past year, the frozen yogurt store Orange Leaf offered free frozen yogurt to customers who shared with employees what makes them different and original. The diversity celebration awards those brave enough to strike up a conversation, with a beginner (5oz) size frozen yogurt with toppings. A date for 2017 has yet to be announced, but here's to hoping the tradition continues.

Krispy Kreme National Doughnut Day (Early June)

The first Friday of June each year is National Doughnut Day. Step foot in any Krispy Kreme store and acquire a free donut of any variety. Original glaze, powdered or filled; the best part is you get to choose! Except if you live in Connecticut, for some reason they're excluded. You could go to Dunkin' Donuts on this holiday too, but you would be required to buy a drink first (*rolls eyes*). Also, sign up for Krispy Kreme emails and get a free doughnut just for signing up. One can never have enough doughnuts!

7-Eleven Free Slurpee Day (July 11)

Every year on the exact date 7/11, the gas station chain offers free small slurpees to any customer who walks in the door between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Thats right, this one is 100% free as well. Not that Slurpee drinks are ever expensive, but hey, it's free food, right? Also keep an eye out for "Bring your own cup" day. If it's offered this year, you can fill any container with delicious slushies for a small fee of $1.50.

Moe's Southwest Grille Quesopalooza (End of September)

Let's be honest, Moe's queso is the best item on their menu. Each year, the mexican food chain holds its Free Queso Day in which customers get a free side of queso and all the chips that go along with it for free. No purchase necessary! But who can resist their delicious burritos and quesadillas. You'll be lucky if you leave there with just queso. Check the website in the beginning of September to see when Quesopalooza will be held.

With 10 holidays to savor through the year, us college kids have a little more freedom when it comes to meal plans. So mark down your calendars and get ready to eat, because everyone loves free stuff especially when it comes to food. Be sure to comment with any other offers I may have missed, and as always Happy Food Holidays!

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
