Language is a second image of ourselves after our face! However, it is not easy to create this portrait properly!

Have you ever thought about how difficult it is sometimes for people who don't know English well, to find a light in the end of the tunnel? I know the place where you can always find a friend!

I don't know if you believe in magic or not, but I do! I have been going to the magic FREE English as a Second Language classes since 2015. I have been chosen! You probably want to ask me why the classes are magic. That's a good question. I can explain it to you.

The magic subject which we're all learning is a language! Still have no idea why it's a magic? I know. It's kind of hard to imagine the feeling when you are completely out of the context. Well, before you learn the new language, you can not express yourself. You are a ghost for other people. You seem like you're here but you not, because you are dumb like a fish.

Does it seem like a tragedy? Maybe a little bit, but don't forget about magic!

As you begin to learn a language, at first you don't realize what happened with you, but now you can understand more than you can say. After a few magic lessons you already know how to make a small conversation with other people. Suddenly you are watching a movie, calling the energy company, hanging out with your new friends. Can you say that it is not magical?

I'm pretty sure you want to know what's going on in my magic classes! Alright, I'll give you an example!

One day my class and I had a magic lesson. It was called "make your dreams come true". The task was pretty easy on the first view. Each of us had been thinking about his or her dream, which should come true by the end of the lesson. But it would be possible only if your classmates help you. You know it's all about team work!

So, we were making guesses: everybody was asking everybody about everything. And when somebody asked you something about your dream, you had to do only one thing - reply correctly to the question! Simple? I guess so, but not everybody completed this task successfully.

You can say that some of these dreams are funny. But everyone has the right to dream.

We had a great experience to practice our magic language and to make our dreams come true!

You just have a dream, my friend, and maybe one day doors of the magic school will be opening for you.

Come join us on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 6:00-8:30 p.m. for Catholic Charities

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
