Have you ever taken a deep breath after you read the news about the inhumane and atrocious conditions in which children in poor countries live?

Have you ever wished with all your heart to be able to satiate other people’s hunger and mend their emotional and physical scars?

Have you ever wanted to change the world but have little time and money to do so?

If your answer to at least one of these questions is yes, I’ve got something for you.

You can make an impact through these three free charity apps. Here is the list:

1. Share The Meal

“With a tap on your smartphone, you can “share the meal” with a child in need. It costs only US $ 0.50 to feed one child for a day.”

Share The Meal is the world’s first mobile application developed to fight against global hunger. This initiative was created by the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) and has been impacting hundreds of lives.

If you desire to share a meal right now, you can choose between feeding a child for one day ($0.50), for one week ($3.50), for one month ($15.00), for three months ($45.00), or for a year ($182.50). On the other hand, if you are devoted to ending hunger and have the financial resources to take aid further, then you can click on the “Give Monthly” button.

In addition, you are able to choose between helping Rohingya children, alleviating Syrian children refugees’ pain or supporting children who are fighting famine in Nigeria.

Log in. Tap. Done.

It’s that easy.

2. Charity Miles

“Move with purpose. Earn money for charity.”

What if I told you that every single time that you walk to your 9 a.m. class, grab a coffee with a friend, go to the gym or walk your neighbor’s cute dog, you can actually save a life?

In another time in history, people would think I’d gone crazy.

Truth is, we live in the 21st century, and this, my friend, is entirely possible.

How?

Charity Miles is a socially-driven, for-profit company that created an app that enables users to earn money for a cause when they move.

Turn your phone on. Log in. Choose from 1 of their 37 charity partners like Operation Smile, Save the Children, Pencils of Promise or The American Diabetes Association and get moving.

3. Donate a Photo

You take a photo, we make it look good.

Wait… WHAT?

Yup, you read that right. Something as simple as taking a picture can help individuals all around the globe.

This application is strikingly simple to use.

First, explore the cause categories. The categories are women’s and children’s health, healthy families, health workforce, environmental health, global disease challenges, essential surgery, education and quality, and emergency relief.

Second, choose a nonprofit.

Then, shoot a picture.

Share it.

For every photo you share through this app, Johnson & Johnson donates $1.00 to a nonprofit of your choice. (You can donate one photo per day.)

If you are the type of person who wants to make a difference,

You are welcome.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
