Each character from "The Office" has their own special characteristics and qualities, as do the fraternities you may find at your school. Based on their reputations and size, I've matched them with their corresponding Dunder Mifflin Employee.
Todd Packer- Lambda Chi Alpha: Although he may not be a main cast member, Todd Packer sure seems to steal the show whenever he stumbles into Scranton. The same can be said for the men of Lambda Chi Alpha. Both Todd Packer and the Chops are hilarious and always a little mischievous, which is why they like to stir up trouble from time to time.
Michael Scott- Alpha Sigma Phi: The star of the show is a goofy, reliable, and the leader of the pack. The men of Alpha Sigma Phi share the same characteristics. Both Michael and Alpha Sig are always ready to have a good time, but aren't super crazy party animals. They both love being surrounded by friends and love to give back to the community. The men of Alpha Sig are definitely smarter than Michael Scott but the sense of similarity is still there.
Andy Bernard- Alpha Phi Alpha: At first, the similarities between the men of APhiA and goofy Andy Bernard aren't in-your-face similar, but when you look a bit closer they do have many similarities. Both are very musically gifted, although in different way. Also, the men of Alpha Phi Alpha are known for their strong values towards brotherhood, and Andy Bernard is a down right family man. Both are polite and very friendly. In the early seasons Andy is not a main cast member, which can be related to APhiA because their fraternity is small.
Dwight Schrute- Sigma Chi: Now these two aren't exactly the same, but there are some substantial similarities. These guys are fun to be around and their events are quite popular, similar to Dwight because people of the office love to be around him to see what crazy thing he is going to do next. This is a well loved Frat just as Dwight is many people's favorite character.
Kevin Malone- Alpha Tau Omega: Everyone's favorite funny man. Kevin is not the star of the show and neither is Alpha Tau Omega. Although ATO is not one of the larger frats on campus, they definitely don't get enough credit for how fun loving they are. Kevin is hilarious without even trying and doesn't always think before he speaks but for that we love him, and the same can be said for the men of Alpha Tau Omega.
Ryan Howard- Pi Kappa Alpha: Ryan is a power hungry party animal. Some could say that Pikes are the same way? Ryan definitely knows how to have a good time but can focus when it is business time, as do the men of Pi Kappa Alpha. Their parties are very popular, but just like Ryan, they can get into a bit of trouble now and again.
Phyllis Vance- Phi Kappa Tau: Phyllis doesn't always get her time to shine and is not always the most outspoken, but when she does get to speak she is surprisingly funny. Phi Kappa Tau is quite a small frat at MSU, and is often forgotten; however, when they do show up for an event, they are always making people laugh.
Creed Bratton- Sigma Pi: Most people would say that Creed is an oddball. He is witty and is always up to something. The men of Sigma Pi are nice guys, but can sometimes be a little out there. We generally don't know a whole lot about Creed, and the same can be said about those in Sigma Pi. Creed had a wild past which can be related to the fact that although Sigma Pi is not huge at my school, it may be popular at others.
Jim Halpert- Sigma Phi Epsilon: Oh, JIm. Everyone loves Jim, and everyone loves Sig Ep. The similarities between these two are strong. Both are smart and popular, both are sarcastic but are generally nice at heart. Sig Ep is full of driven men just as Jim is a natural born leader. Both Jim and the men of Sigma Phi Epsilon are great company and great people to be around.
Meredith Palmer- Alpha Gamma Rho: Meredith is a little under the radar and a whole bunch of crazy. She is very opinionated and confident, as are the men of AGR. We're never quite sure what the men of Alpha Gamma Rho are up to, just like the weird life of Meredith Palmer. AGR's are generally nicer then Meredith but, at the same time, both are very blunt.
