The Fourth of July is coming up and that means being outdoors and for many people being on boats... all day. Here are a couple awesome snacks and a light appetizer that are easy to have on a boat.

1. Cheesy Jalapeno Bacon Stuffed Baguette With Garlic Butter

What's the Fourth of July without bacon? I think that this is so perfect for so many reasons. It is easy to bring on a boat, to a picnic, or just to wherever you are going for the holiday. 'But don't you have to cook it' you ask? Well, you can make this ahead of time and then can freeze it, which is always great in my opinion. Click here for the recipe!

2. Firecracker Rice Krispie Treats

Sound dangerous to you? The only danger you are in is that it is dangerously good and easy. Rice Krispies are always a good crowd pleaser I like to think. Adults love it and it also is a big hit with kids. As always, these are really easy to make and are even easier to bring with you. Check out the recipe here!

3. Red, White & Blue Pretzels

These patriotic pretzels are such an easy snack especially for boats because they can be transported so easily. I love this idea because I always think that pretzels are the perfect summer snack. Plus, these ones are super festive, so how could it get any better? Click here for the recipe.

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?
