These days that we are in are filled with division period. Any time you are on the news or social media, there are protests and violence taking place. Jesus we need you.

We can not be shaken by what the world is shaken by, because we will fall. We have the solid rock of Jesus. He tells us in John, fear NOT, for I have overcome the world. He has overcome racism, abortion, everything that is going on in our country right now. We have a hope that is unshakable. All things work out for those who love God and are called in His purpose. The enemy's attack is to put fear in us. In these days, we have to run to God and His word. There is a way that seems right to man, but it leads to death. We have to wear the armor of God.

Jesus on the cross

Jesus was spit on, beaten, called names, injured. A lot of things that have happened to people these past few days. Jesus shed innocent blood for ones who didn't love Him. YET, Jesus said something so importednt that we must take notice. He said, "Father forgive them, for they know not what they do." Us as Christians have to do the same. There is this song that I remembered today by 'Bethel'. The piece of the song that comes to my memory is of this: "You delight in showing mercy, and mercy triumphs over judgment". That is how Jesus was, it was His weird, righteous love that set Him apart in a crowd. When we look at this world, we must be merciful and say father forgive them, for they know not what they do. We must be filled with a gentle spirit. You may think that being so will only cause one to be trampled with. If you have the word of God in you, you can not be moved.

Another great awakening

I believe that we are in the days for another great move of the Holy Spirit. It wasn't by chance that Trump and our vice president are surrounding themselves with God. I watched the ingratiation and noticed all the priests that spoke and prayed. Trump mentioned scripture and said that most importantly that we are protected by God. Because he stands with God, so many are angered with Him. God's word brings forth righteousness, and the word of God convicts people's lifestyles. Jesus hears our prayers. God is going to awaken people young and old to the revelation of Jesus. In the last days, there will be signs and wonders. The young will prophesy, the old men will dream dreams. We will be heard louder if we go seek God and pray. When we pray heaven is moved by our words. If you look at the 70's, very similar things were taking place. Then Jesus came, and a massive revival took place. Jesus was, is, and is yet to come. God has placed us in the time period that we have been for a perfect plan. We could have been born in the 20's, or 50 years from now. God put you here for your generation. Your specific DNA has been put on earth now, because what God has put inside of you is needed for this generation and not for another. God is raising up a generation to fight for their country, school, community by prayer. To say "yes" to God, and lay down everything to see their friends and family loving and knowing Jesus.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
