Im an open book

My life is on a stage

But just like a museum,

Some parts are hidden away

They are for your eyes only

Keeping the mystery and allure

My friends see some, you see others

The world still others

Im translucent not transparent

And that’s not bad

Somethings I keep close to my chest

Where x marks the spot

Some things are for me

Some things are not for the world to behold

Should they lose their shine

Some thoughts are rare
