Everyone has their fair share of crazy ex experiences. Although they suck to deal with in the moment, you have to admit that they make for a pretty good story down the road. Think you had it bad?

Check out what these 14 people had to say about their batshit exes:

1. He asked me for date advice for his SIDE CHICK

"One time my ex called me to ask the name of a restaurant we'd go to together because he wanted to go 'with the boys.' Turns out he actually needed the name so he could take his side chick out. My ex literally asked me for DATE ADVICE while we were STILL TOGETHER!"

2. She punched me in the face in public

"After meeting with my ex and telling her that I had been doing better since the breakup, she abruptly punched me in the face. I walked away after the unexpected strike with her crying after me."

3. He would Snapchat my mom mirror pics

"Months after I broke up my ex, he continued to Snapchat my mom mirror pictures of himself at least once a week. He sent her drunk Snapchats from his frat formal and would send her weird good morning and good night messages. I think he was more into her than me."

4. I found out he sexually assaulted someone and jerked off to pictures of my roommates

"Last year, I found out (all in the span of one week) that my now ex-boyfriend had sexually assaulted someone, circulated hundreds of nudes of women around his fraternity and jerked off to swimsuit pictures of my roommates. LMK if you can think of anything more fucked up than that."

5. He told me that he was an underground knife fighter

"My ex told me that he was an underground knife fighter to make extra money to put him through school, and he had the scars to prove it."

6. He slept with my best friend and her sister

"My first real boyfriend was sophomore year of high school. Of course, I thought he was the love of my life. Until one day he admitted to me he had slept with my best friend's older sister. So we obviously broke up, and I was a disaster. Turns out, the next week, he started dating and sleeping with the same best friend. Safe to say we were no longer friends."

7. Found her giving road dome to another guy

"She said her depression was kicking her ass so I went up to visit her and see her... brought a thing of flowers, a stuffed dog I've had since I was 2-years-old, a flannel of mine that was her favorite (and covered in my cologne), her favorite snacks, a pedicure and my dog, Scooby. She wasn't home so I waited for hours just for her to come home giving road head to the dude she said she wasn't seeing."

8. He got up during our movie to go on another date

"Once I was hanging out with my ex's family and we were having a movie night. During the middle of the movie, he got up and left to go to dinner and a movie with another girl and left me with his family."

9. He managed to date three people at once

"My ex had transferred from his school in another state to mine, and a few months into our relationship, he dropped the bomb that he was transferring back to his old school. He proceeded to tell me he was in love with me and pretty much begged me to try long distance (I was skeptical but not completely against it). A week after he left to go back to school, he texted me a one-liner saying 'I think I'm in a relationship.' I later found out he had been doing long distance with that girl AND dating another girl from my school while he was with me. How he was dating two others girls without my knowledge still baffles me..."

10. She broke off our engagement over text

"Broke off an engagement over text after she told me she only wanted me..."

11. Racism & anger issues

"My ex literally punched a hole in the wall one night, called me names, and sent me videos of him saying obscene things about minorities so I finally decided I should end it."

12. He stalked my formal date and hacked into all of my social media accounts

"About a month after my ex and I broke up, I was invited to a friend's frat formal. I didn't know this guy super well and my ex had never met him and didn't have any mutual friends. The day after the formal, I was on Spotify (where I tragically was still friends with my ex) and noticed that he was listening to a playlist called 'Bryce' (the name of the guy I went to formal with). He had crafted an ENTIRE playlist of songs by random artists with the first/last name Bryce. To top it all off, the caption of the "Bryce" playlist was 'I always find out.' I couldn't figure out how he had any idea that I had gone to this formal, let alone knowing who I had gone with. He was blocked on all social media and, like I said, didn't know my formal date at all. I later discovered that he had hacked into my Snapchat, Instagram AND Twitter accounts and had been reading my messages. My Snapchat had stopped working about a day after the formal and my friends found my Bitmoji on SnapMaps IN HIS APARTMENT. I also later found out that he had sent my formal date messages warning him from trying ~anything~ with me. Needless to say, my formal date never spoke to me again."

13. Restraining order #1

"I was being a DD for a friend at a bar when my ex showed up and started making a scene. After the cops were called on him for acting insane, he tried to get me arrested for underage drinking even though I'm 23 but look 12. Later that night I had to go pick up my drunk brother from my ex's house and my brother's significant other got a little too loud so my ex literally pulled a gun and started shooting in the sky. Needless to say he is not allowed within 500 feet of me enforced by the law."

14. Restraining order #2

"He wasn't technically my ex since we didn't get to that stage, but we were talking. He found out where I lived and showed up on my doorstep, and he begged me to go out with him since he did so much work to find my house. The next day, I filed a restraining order, but a few days later he was on my back porch trying to get in my house."

It is that time of year again. Christmastime. It is one of my favorite seasons for a myriad of reasons. Here are just a few reasons why I love Christmas. This list is in no order of importance.

1. The Christmas decorations

I am that person who will decorate directly after Thanksgiving is over. This year, my roommates and I put the tree up in our apartment before we even left for Thanksgiving break. It is a great stress reliever for me to just sit in my living room and work on the huge amount of work I have before the semester is over.

Writing a paper is never fun and is rarely rewarding. The writer's block, the page requirement, be specific, but don’t summarize, make sure you fixed any grammatical errors, did you even use spellcheck? and analyze, analyze, analyze.

Papers can be a major pain. They take up so much time and effort that by the end of the process you hate yourself and you hate the professor for making life so difficult. Questions of your existence start roaming in your mind. Am I even cut out for college if I can’t write a single paper? Am I even capable of taking care of myself if I lack the energy to open my laptop and start typing?
