Being in college can be scary and overwhelming. Trying to manage school, friends, clubs, and "you" time can be a lot. Fitness can be something that takes the back-burner. However, I've found that taking time everyday to focus on myself helps me better manage everything else in my life. Going into a gym where everyone seems to know exactly what they are doing can be extremely intimidating. Fitness accounts have helped me overcome the panic and dread of going into the gym.
