Our minds are like machines

Constantly running

Gears spinning

There are times

It just never quiets down

Accept for when you need it to speak

Our ideas flow like waves

Waiting for a flicker of inspiration

A flame of stimulation

When the winds don’t blow

The new ideas become slow

Stagnant and still

Trust the time

And give space to your mind

For the passion will resurface

Take a breath

Away from the stress

In a universe of constant motion

Just as thoughts can be transient

The sense of limbo in silence is fleeting

When desires arise

Do not fight the calmness and desolation

For that’s a platform of creation

To start new
