Chip, Joanna, and their four precious kiddos have stolen our hearts. Oh, and not to mention, the picturesque homes they renovate for their clients that leave us wanting to drop everything and move to Waco, Texas for a dream home. I've seen every episode of the first three seasons at least once, probably twice. Since the end of season three, my Tuesday nights just aren't the same. I miss the child-like joy in Chip's eyes on Demo Day and Joanna's picture-perfect outfits. I know I'm not the only one non-patiently waiting for Fixer Upper Season 4. When it comes back on, my life with be better for several reasons.

1. My "home" Pintrest board comes to life.

Floating book shelves in the living room? Joanna's got them. A big farm sink with copper appliances? That's her specialty. A personalized wooden table that your entire family will eat Christmas dinner at every year until the second-coming? Yeah, she's got one that's worthy.

2. I adore Chip and Joanna more than any couple in a romance movie.

They're the real deal. If their sweet family isn't a testament to true love, I don't know what is. Chip and Joanna adoringly pester each other throughout each episode, but they always make time for their kids and are completely in love with each other.

3. I appreciate their lifestyle.

God first, family second. Their faith is an undertone in the show, but if you've ever watched an interview of the two or Joanna's testimony, they profess their faith in God. There's nothing more admirable to see a successful family give the glory to Christ as they do.

4. I miss Chip's shenanigans.

I surely miss Demo Day mayhem and the child-like fun Chip brings to every episode. He's quite the character and the jack of all trades. Swimmer? Let's jump into the lake fully clothed. Hulk? I can surely smash through this wall. Monkey? That tree was meant for climbing. Oh, we're doing an interview? Hold on, there's something I need to do.

5. I fool myself into thinking I can do what Jo does.

Wait. Joanna doesn't even have a degree in interior design?! That's it, I'm dropping out of school, starting my own business, getting casted for a reality television show and living happily ever after. If Joanna can do it, so can I.

6. Then I'm brought back to reality.

Who I am kidding? I'll probably be lucky if I have a bed frame and some pictures on the wall. I really need Joanna to do this whole home, house, decoration lighting thing for me. That's it, I'm moving to Waco and hiring Chip and Jo.

7. I admire their honesty about life.

Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned - they have to call their client and ask for a bit more money. Sometimes after a long week, there's just not time for the kids to stop by when Jo is staging a house. Sometimes Chip's hair just isn't the way it's suppose to be. But hey, they're real people and they don't try to hide it.

8. I want to live in every single house they fix.

I have yet to see a house I didn't like. Jo certainly has her personal touch on each place while also incorporating the couple's look. They make homes for practical, family oriented lifestyles and I just imagine I fit perfectly into each home they make.

9. I admire what good people they are.

I hardly look up to celebrity's, I'm not fond of too many reality television shows and it's rare I even keep up with a series. Well, Chip and Jo have stolen the show and I'm hooked on Fixer Upper. Their genuine spirits and passion for what they do makes me tune in week after week.

So bring it on HGTV, I'm ready, in more ways than you know, for Fixer Upper Season 4.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
