Sadly, another spring break has come and gone but with that comes the final stretch of school before the long-awaited summer break. Whether you spent your break on the beach of binge watching all the tv you missed so far this semester, it's no surprise that we could all use a little motivation. What better way to amp up your summer break then with a great bod and the confidence to match. Get those tennis shoes and water bottle ready and use these as motivation to reach all of your goals!
Hopefully these will help you to succeed in your goals. Just keep the following things in mind:
- Make small goals for yourself and make them attainable.
- Fitness starts in the kitchen so make sure that you are eating clean and drinking tons of water.. Meal prep is key!
- Start small and work your way up. There is no point of going hard enough to hurt yourself.
- Don't be so hard on yourself. You are beautiful and should be doing this for you. If it happens that you cheat on a meal or skip the gym one or two days, you are not a failure, you are human and you will have other chances.
