Ultimate Gift Guide For Fitness And Health Lovers

Christmas is coming up and a lot of us are scrambling on what to get our friends and family. But lucky for you, I created a gift guide for those people who love to workout and cook.

A sports watch

If you know someone who workouts a lot and likes to keep track of their activities. A Fitness Watch is the best gift for them. These watches help you track your workouts, steps, calories burned, etc. There are so many watches ranging from Apple Watches, Fit-Bits, Garmin, etc. This is great because there are so many that affordable so you don't need to break the bank to buy one.

Resistance bands and weights

Because of Covid a lot of us are forced to work out at home and improvise. That's why resistance and weights are a great gift for people who love to workout.

A water bottle

Drinking a gallon of water a day is recommended. And who doesn't want a cute water bottle to achieve that. Many water bottles have labels that show you how much you have to go to drink a gallon. I think that makes it fun and cute.

Cookbooks

You don't need to be a fitness or health nut to love to cook. But finding healthy cookbooks can be fun and I'm sure that person will love that. Because let's face it sometimes we run out of ideas on what to make.

Workout clothes

This one is a given who doesn't love workout clothes. Amazon, Gym Shark, Aero all have great workout clothes. You can never go wrong with clothes I think it's the best gift.

Yoga mat and massage roller

Workouts can get tough which is why having a massage roller is essential. Especially for your runner friends. Yoga Matts are just as important. No one wants to get rug burn while doing burpees.

I hope this short gift guide gave you some ideas for your friends and family. Have a good holiday!

Bob's Burgers
Adult Swim

Bob's Burgers is arguably one of the best and most well-written shows on tv today. That, and it's just plain hilarious. From Louise's crazy antics to Tina's deadpan self-confidence, whether they are planning ways to take over school or craft better burgers, the Belchers know how to have fun. They may not be anywhere close to organized or put together, but they do offer up some wise words once and awhile.

We're in college, none of us actually have anything together. In fact, not having anything together is one of our biggest stressors. However, there's a few little things that we do ever so often that actually make us feel like we have our lives together.

1. Making yourself dinner

And no this does not include ramen or Annie's Mac & Cheese. Making a decent meal for yourself is one of the most adult things you can do living on campus. And the food is much better than it would be at the dining hall.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

school

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.
