My First Semester Of College, Told With The Everliving Enthusiasm Of Buddy The Elf

You really begin to discover who you are and who you want to be... just like our favorite Christmas elf — Buddy the Elf! He may have thought he was just an unusually tall elf, but he was actually so much more than that! And even though it was scary for him to discover who he was outside of the North Pole, he did it AND saved Christmas! So who else could better describe the first semester of college than him?!

This semester I started my journey as a member of my University's Alumni Outreach Team. This means a lot of things, but primarily it means that I get to make phone calls to parents and alumni two nights a week to update contact information, collect things like business cards and volunteer hours, and even ask for money.
