I believe in the birds and the bees, and not the kind you dread your parents talking to you about while in middle school. I believe in the birds and the bees and the flowers and the trees; The ones in your yard and and the forest and across the rolling hills. There is little that makes me happier than running though a forest carpeted with warmly colored fall leaves with my puppy weaving between my legs, eager to reach a stream to splash in. Or being woken up on a cool summer morning by the sun peeking through the thin piece of mesh separating you from the outside world and knowing you have nothing to do all day but watch the white cotton like clouds disappear over the mountains surrounding you. A love of nature is different from any other kind of love; It is a love that you are born with and follows you for your entire life- even across the globe. It's a love you can choose to share or cherish on your own.
In a world full of hate, we all need to find something to love. And this is my first love (as well as the puppy in many of the photos below), which I am choosing to share with you, and I am hoping you will share with someone, or many people, who need some love in their life. Below are just a few photos I have taken of my first love, the great outdoors.
