First Few Days Of Pokemon Go: As Told By Pokemon Gifs

So, there is one problem that America is not having in the midst of so many terrible events as of late: Pokemon Go is out. Millennials are distracted from the sorrows of the world, people are going outside -- it's beautiful. Simply a great time to be alive. There's been an unearthly amount of hype and, according to the App Store, it was the #1 app within five hours of being released. It's also the highest grossing app (even though it's free to download). As if you even need them, or will stop catchin' 'em all long enough to read this, here are the first few days of Pokemon Go, as told by Pokemon gifs.

When you realized the game was finally available for download in the U.S.

When you caught your first Pokemon.

I don't know about anyone else, but I wasted a few Pokeballs trying to figure it out.

When you couldn't sleep at 2 a.m. so you went out to hunt.

When you saw all of your friends catching CP900s on Facebook, and you're nowhere near

How? Why do I have to have a job taking up all of my time? I need to be the very best!

When you first came across multiple other trainers battling and talking to each other in real life (isn't it beautiful?).

When the servers crashed (again and again and again).

When your data plan became way, way too small.

When you realized you were getting more exercise than you have in months.

(Actual gif of me roaming the streets of my hometown).

When you discovered that a lot of people you know are way cooler than you thought.

Did we all just become best friends?

When you realized that this is the future.

All of our childhood dreams are coming true.

It's quickly taking over your life.

This is OK.

Now, continue to neglect all of your adult responsibilities and pretend you're 8-years-old again. Revel over the joining of your childhood loves with today's technology. This world is ours. Go catch 'em all.

Everyone tells you that college is hard, but they fail to explain why. Sure, classes are hard. Math sucks, and political science can be so boring. But that's not even what's killing me about college. What's killing me about college is my deterioating mental health.

As a college student, I feel as if people don't understand just how exhausted I, and fellow college students are. We have so many things going on, all the time, and sometimes it's hard to explain to people how we feel. Personally...I'm tired. I'm sad. And I'm struggling every single day with my emotions. But the thing is, it hasn't always been this way. I haven't always hated school, so why am I feeling like this now?
