Over 12 million college seniors will begin their last year of their undergraduate career in the coming weeks. These are also the people that are patiently anticipating the Gilmore Girls Netflix revival (November 2016 friends!). Thanks to seven seasons of hilarious one-liners I think I am accurately able to describe all the feelings college students have on their first day of class.

When you realize its your last first day of school and your trying to decide your feelings

When you have to wake up for your 9 a.m. class and regret sleeping till 11 all summer

When you finally get to class and realize you actually like sitting in the front

When you have 10 minutes before your next class starts so you make a quick stop to get the essentials

When there's that one kid who already has the book and started the reading

When your professor keeps droning on and on...and on

When your professor says there is a group project, but they will pick the groups

When you really want to go to lunch but have three classes back to back

When you put all the dates from your syllabi in your agenda and realize how much effort is needed this semester

Finally, when you just want to go to sleep, but your friends convince you to go out and celebrate so you have to fake enthusiasum
