I just finished watching Friends straight through. And yes, I cried.
The next day I picked back up with Grey's Anatomy. Why I, and we, do this to ourselves, I don't know why.
1. Beginning the final season and knowing it will be over soon.
2. Watching the storylines all come together.
3. Realizing the storyline is not going to end the way YOU want it to.
4. Beginning the final episode.
5. The final act of the show, where the tears just start flowing and you can't help it. Even if it's a funny show.
6. The show is over.
7. You resign yourself to never finding another show just as good as the one you finished.
8. Welp. You found another show.
9. Now you're deep into another Netflix binge, no matter the situation.
10. You forget any pain that was caused by the end of the previous binge and don't expect it to happen again.
I can't help myself.
