Instrumentals and nature-inspired sound are the best forms of calming music. Music can also be listened to while participating in the other activities which will also support for relief. Calming music can also be used as a sleep aid, and as a tool for relaxation and contemplation.
3. Writing
Writing is a way in which one can express them self, their thoughts, concerns, and a way to release all of these aspects. For me, I create a list of things that I am thankful for, and I journal motivational quotes and verses that combat my anxieties.

This approach is more of an attitude than an activity. The premise is to be cautious but also meditative when reflecting on life and life's challenges. There are, however, activities such as meditation, and yoga that can promote these attitudes in a physical form.
Before participating in these activities, it would be beneficial to identify your stressors and write down your solution to easing them. Being organized is key to accomplishing your goals, so create a checklist or another written form, that allows you to keep track of your progress to show how you have overcome your stress. Remember to keep a positive attitude, to ask for help when needed, to be open to trying new activities, to be honest about your strengths and weaknesses, to challenge yourself, and to not let your stress stop you from enjoying life.
