If you've ever seen even just one episode of Criminal Minds you know that Derek Morgan always answers phone calls with "Hey baby girl," especially when talking to Penelope Garcia.

When she gets that call she usually has something just as bubbly and fun to say back, but if she doesn't he automatically becomes worried. He is always taking care of her and making sure she is okay.

Most girls would kill for a guy to be like that with them. Some girls do have that guy.

If you have that guy, congratulations and you can stop reading. If you do not have that guy continue.

If you do not have that guy never settle for anything less than a Derek Morgan.

Every girl deserves a phone call, conversation, or feelings that Derek gives Penelope. Now this can go the other way as well. Derek always feels better when he talks to Garcia. So guys, don't settle for less than your bubbly and fun Penelope Garcia.

These two characters are the best of friends and it is literally shown in every episode.

So as girls we need to strive to have the mindset of finding our Derek Morgan. Finding that person who makes us feel like the most important girl in the world. We need to strive for this because we all deserve no matter if we think we do or not.

So go out and find your Derek and don't settle for any man that isn't him!
