Finals week is finally here. It's pretty scary, but on the bright side, we'll be out of school for an entire month for Christmas break, going on vacations, being with our families and simply living in the moment of this wonderful time of year. Until then, here's a look at finals week through the eyes of Eli Manning.
1. You thought that you bombed your final, but you actually got an A.
Nothing says success like sticking your tongue out and making a winky face.
2. You thought that you made an A on your final, but you actually bombed it.
"Hello from the other side." -- wise words from Adele
3. You've just read the very first question of your final.
This was actually the exact same face that I made when taking one of my finals last year. I feel your pain, Eli.
4. You just pulled an all-nighter in Middleton to prepare for finals.
I've actually never pulled an all-nighter in Middleton, but this is what I imagine I (and pretty much everyone else) would look like afterwards.
5. You're already in the Christmas spirit, but you still have to take finals.
If only Eli had a Santa hat on, this picture would have been much more epic, but it's still epic nonetheless.
6. You thought that you had your life together for finals week, but you don't.
We've all been there at some point in our lives.
7. That chemistry final completely wrecked you.
Let's just say that I am by no means a science person. To all of the science majors out there, you are all the real MVPs.
8. You're studying for finals, but you're actually thinking about what vacation you're going on for Christmas break.
I always think about the New York City trip that I took with my high school's Drama Club three years ago when I study for finals. Correction: I think about this trip pretty much every day.
9. You finished your very last final and now you're ready to take on winter break!
Congrats! You survived finals! You may or may not have gotten the GPA you wanted, but at least you're done!
In all seriousness, just relax, study hard, get a good night's sleep, avoid distractions, and most importantly, get into the Word more and pray for the Lord to provide His perfect peace in the midst of all of your trials. Believe in the best and the rest will follow suit.
