It's the most wonderful time of the year! Just kidding. It's finals week. You're probably sitting in the library right now, way over your head in homework, and praying that these two exams, essay, and presentation will just disappear. If only that could actually happen. Just keep pushing through because you got this! But, while you sit here looking at your computer, reading this article instead of studying, take a look at these final study guides that are ABSOLUTE GOALS! If only I had the time to make my notes look pretty, but ain't nobody got time for that. Hopefully, this will give you a little push to start studying!

1. Those diagrams though...

Study tip: Have a clean and organized desk space. If your study space is messy and disorganized, it'll make you give up before you even started.

2. Make the most of space

Study tip: Make flashcards! This is one of the oldest tips in the books. Don't have time? Create a set of cards or lookup cards on Quizlet!

3. Make the most of space #2

Study tip: Eat healthy snacks like fruits, nuts, or smoothies! They'll keep you full and give you energy while studying.

4. Tabs for dayyssss.

Study tip: Teach a pretend audience to help you better remember the lessons you learned.

5. Can I have her handwriting?

Study tip: Keep a schedule/planner to keep you organized and motivated.

6. One word: PERFECTION.

Study tip: Drink LOTS of water to help enhance mental functions and concentration. Stay away from those energy drinks or coffee. They'll only slow you down.

7. Color, Color, COLOR!

Study tip: Eliminate any distractions. I know it's tempting to check your phone or social media.

8. Notecard Goals.

Study tip: The most important tip of all: Relax and breathe. Make sure you take breaks in between your study sessions, even if it's 10 minutes at a time. Breaks allow you to recharge and keep you from getting worn out.

Ok articles over. Get back to work. Happy finals week!

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
