Finals Week As Told By Gilmore Girls

If anyone can describe the stress of finals it's Lorelai and Rory.

After binge watching the newly released revival on Netflix it's safe to say that Gilmore Girls has been one of the top things on my mind. Unfortunately, even with the town of Stars Hollow to keep me entertained I still can't shake the feeling of panic that comes along with finals week being so soon. This resulted in my decision to combine one of my favorite things with one of my least favorite things to write this article, Finals Week As Told By Gilmore Girls.

When you start studying and you are still feeling hopeful and optimistic...

When that feeling immediately disappears...

When you feel like you've made a lot of progress, but then you think about the 5,000 other things you have to do.

When you have to remind yourself every 5 seconds that sleep is for the weak.

When people start to get concerned about the amount of coffee you have consumed in a very short period of time.

When you start having stress-related breakdowns.

When you have been studying for so long you don't even know what year it is anymore.

When it's time to take your finals and it feels like even your books are disappointed in your lack of knowledge.

When your lack of sleep starts to catch up to you and even the sound of someone breathing is infuriating.

And finally, when you are so tired of studying so you just decide to wing it and hope for the best.

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
