Finals Week, As Told By Marshall Eriksen

"Studying law. Making a responsible choice for my future."

Finals Week, As Told By Marshall Eriksen

Finals week has hit, leaving college students everywhere questioning their choice to come to college, their major, and their entire life. Going through both undergrad and law school, nobody understands the pressures of finals week quite like Marshall Eriksen.

When your professor says that if you study the notes you took, you should be fine.

And then when you realize just how much studying you have to do.

So you try to take your stress out in "healthier" ways.

You start to have mental breakdowns over literally everything.

But you realize you have to study, so you try to make it a little bit fun.

However, you start to become pretty counterproductive after a little while.

And you start to wonder if this "college" thing is really for you.

It's time to take the test, and you warm yourself up with a little pep-talk.

When you actually know an answer on the test and feel like an absolute genius.

And when you sit there trying to figure out how to word something for 10 minutes before realizing you have no idea what the answer is.

So you just talk in repetitive circles about random stuff to maybe get partial credit for trying.

And finally, realizing that no matter what, you get to go home for Christmas break when you're done.

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
