The end is in sight, Christmas is nearly here. The only thing standing between you and your holiday cheer is final exams. From hours upon hours spent in the library, to skipping meals, to pulling all-nighters it just isn't one of the high points of the college experience. And let's face it, you have every right to feel a little Grinch-y about all of it. Here are 13 times you were the Grinch during finals week.
1. When you try to be organized and plan out your entire study schedule.
2. When you have to review all the books you read over the course of the semester.
3. When you take a snack break for the fifth time in a matter of two hours.
4. When you take a "quick" study break and end up watching videos of puppies on YouTube for over an hour.
5. When all of your friends are going to get dinner and you figure you should probably go too.
6. When you realize you don't have time for dinner, unless you want to fail (you don't want to fail).
7. When the library starts to grow on you after all the hours that you spend studying there.
8. When you hear someone nearby blasting your favorite Christmas song, but you're trying to concentrate.
9. When you remind yourself that, yes, you do need to have dinner after all.
10. When you've been up all night and the lack of sleep is really getting to you.
11. When you try to remain positive after the exam is over.
12. When you finish all your exams so you have no use for all of those textbooks.
13. When you're finally done with everything so you get to focus entirely on Christmas.
