Finals week is quickly approaching. The dreaded finals week leaves most students sleepless, mentally unstable, famished, and simply over everything. Many of the feelings you face throughout finals week can be related to the once popular NBC sitcom—"30 Rock."
Tina Fey, famously known for her humor and fame on "Saturday Night Live," starred in and created "30 Rock." The show documented Liz Lemon, Tina Fey’s character, as she was the head writer for an NBC comedy night-show. Although she has many positive moments in the show, she has many dilemmas that often question her mental sanity.
There are many times finals week can be related to "30 Rock." Take a look at some of the similarities between the two:
Sitting in a review like:
Going over material that you swear you never learned like:
When you desperately get answers from someone you don’t like in your class:
Sitting in the silent part of the library like:
When you answer a simple practice problem wrong:
When your parents call to ask how studying is going:
Halfway through studying, you feel the need for a nap:
When your brain momentarily stops functioning from studying too much:
After a long day of studying, you don’t know if you’ve actually studied enough for that final tomorrow:
When your friends talk about dropping out of school to avoid finals:
Walking out of your last finally like:
Good luck during finals week!
