The dreaded week of finals is quickly approaching college students around the world. With this week of torture comes: sleepless nights, lots of coffee, stress, and a few tears. Many days you will get up and want to go right back to bed. However, Christmas break is just around the corner and these final few weeks will all be over soon.

Now, I know I am only a freshman in her first semester of college, but my goal is not to give you advice to help you ace your finals, it is to give you a little bit of positive energy to conquer your finals.

For those that need a little inspiration, here are 10 uplifting and positive quotes to help you through finals week.

You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester.
