Finals are upon us, and it's not a fun time. Be sure to take some time for yourself.
1. Breathe.
Remember to breather and relax. Getting worked up about a certain exam won't help you or your grade.
2. Get together with study groups or friends.
Studying with others will help you learn information you may have missed or overlooked while studying on your own.
3. Take time to relax.
Sleep is a good thing, so don't forget to do it regularly! Even if you're not sleeping for a break, watch your favorite show or do something you enjoy.
4. Don't cram!
Cramming information in your mind will not help you in the end. You will most likely forget that information when you get to the exam.
5. Go to different stress relieving activities.
If offered on your campus, participate in the different activities. Doing crafts and meditating will take your mind away from what you're studying and you'll be able to go back to what you were working on even better.
6. Exercise.
A good walk around campus or full out gym-sesh will help you burn the steam you've built up while studying!
7. Eat.
Make sure you get something in your tummy! You won't be able to function on an empty stomach.
8. Think about the end.
The semester is over, you're finally done with the courses you hated, and break is around the corner!
