Before you know it, Finals week will be in the air. And almost everyone will be swarming to their rooms and the library to hit the books and notes. Now as a junior, I can easily say that this season never stops being hectic. But on another note, I have a list of suggestions on how to de-stress during this time.
1. Make sure you study in small intervals. In this case, spend somewhere between 30-45 minutes studying and turn to another activity to relax. This should go for twenty minutes or so.
2. Give yourself a studying goal, and reward yourself based on how
3. When given the chance, get together with some friends. Grab some dinner, stop by a local cafe, or anything to break loose from the looming finals.
4. If you have the chance, find a favorite movie and turn to it as a way to escape from the stress.
5. Exercise is also important. Go to the gym if you can, take a walk; anything that can get the blood pumping.
6. Stay hydrated.
