Everything hurts and I'm dying

So finals are on their way. That's right everybody, finals are about to start.

But hey, don't panic. Start getting your affairs in order and prepare for a week of hell. Here's a few things Leslie Knope wants you to do to make your finals week just a little bit less stressful:

1. Make a study schedule

Yes, it's true. You will have people tell you a thousand times to organize and plan out your day to study. This schedule will make the amount of studying seem more manageable because you have a plan.

2. Eat breakfast

It's simple: start your day off right so that you have enough energy to get through all that studying.

3. Find a good place to study

Figure out where you can study properly. Study in a place where you know you can be productive and will not be disturbed.

4. Make time for breaks

Take some time to relax. You will get so much more done after a little relaxation.

5. Recognize that you may feel overwhelmed at times

It's okay to feel overwhelmed by all the work.

6. Let your frustrations out

Don't bottle all your stress up. You will feel so much better after letting it all out.

7. Don't be afraid to admit you don't understand something

If everyone else seems to understand a concept that you are struggling with, do not pretend to understand it because that won't help you.

8. Work with your friends for support

Even if you are not studying for the same exams, it helps to have someone to study with. Study with your friends so that you can support each other.

9. Feel fierce as you prepare for that final

You will feel stressed, but if you feel like you look good, you will feel more confident. Capitalize on that confidence, and know that you are going to rock your finals.

10. Get some rest

You may not be used to sleeping enough, but you need to be awake enough to take the exam. Get a good night's sleep so that once the exam starts, you can remember everything you studied.

11. Stay positive

Just know that you worked hard to study for your exams, and you will do well. Be confident in your abilities because Leslie Knope believes in you and so should you.

Good luck on finals!
