Finals Are Coming Up... Here's How To Prepare

1. First things first, PLAN! Make a list of everything you have to do and when it's due, and then lay out a calendar and decide when you're going to do everything. It'll make things way less stressful!

2. Do a face mask, watch a movie, paint your nails, whatever you do to RELAX, do that. Don't forget to breathe during this time. If you're too overwhelmed you won't be able to get anything done!

3. Go to the store and get everything you may need. This includes (healthy) SNACKS (some sweet too of course) and anything you may need for a project or paper you have due

4. TAKE BREAKS. Take breaks while you study. Try to go for a walk or even workout, it'll make it easier to sit for a long time and study.
