I haven't written much lately and I apologize for that. I have been struggling with things and writing them down just was hard for me. I felt like I could ignore it easier if it was permanently documented somewhere. So I hid away, stayed silent and observed. I watched as life continued like my world wasn't crashing down. But the sun still rose, people still laughed and the world went on without me adding to it. I think that hurt the most.
Anyway I have decided to give up my writing for now. I new a break and for my thoughts to be my own. I enjoyed writing for everyone it really was fun but I cant anymore. So i wanted to leave you with this. I may not be writing but hopefully in the future when I am better I will start again. Or one day you will be walking in a store or scrolling through facebook and see my name talking about a book I wrote. You can catch up on my life and be able to say you read my work before anyone even knew who I was. That's my goal.
So one final thing before I say goodbye. We all have times where you need to take a step back and breathe. Don't let other people force you to keep going. Take the time and get better life goes on and you have time to jump right back into things. I promise.

You can change lives. But I hope it's not at the expense of yours.

You don't have to live forever sad. You can be happy. It's not wrong to ask for help.

Suicide is a real problem that no one wants to talk about. I'm sure you're no different. But we need to talk about it. There is no difference between being suicidal and committing suicide. If someone tells you they want to kill themselves, do not think they won't do it. Do not just tell them, “Oh you'll be fine." Because when they aren't, you will wonder what you could have done to help. Sit with them however long you need to and tell them it will get better. Talk to them about their problems and tell them there is help. Be the help. Get them assistance. Remind them of all the things they will miss in life.
