Since high school, I have been an avid coffee drinker. Caffeine makes everyone more energized and typically more productive throughout the day, however, it sure is addicting! If you are like me, and drink coffee every day, you definitely understand the struggle of not wanting, but needing coffee on a daily basis. Here's how you know that you are addicted to coffee.
1. You need coffee in the morning or else you are just exhausted.
2. You can't get through class, work, or basically anything without it.
You also probably find yourself sipping coffee throughout your work day, and going on coffee runs once you are on break ...
3. You have a "coffee of choice."
Whether it is Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts, your coffee is your coffee, and you only go to that coffee shop.
4. But in desperate times, does it really matter?
5. You have a specific order with a specific flavor amount of milk, sugar, etc.
6. When you have coffee you feel like you can accomplish any task set in front of you.
7. You are literally the most unpleasant person when you haven't had coffee ...
8 ... But the peppiest person when you have had coffee
9. You don't understand how people could live their life without drinking coffee.
10. If you don't have coffee by a certain time, you get a headache.
11. You need coffee even at night sometimes to get homework done.
12. The first sip of your coffee makes you feel warm, happy and complete inside.
13. People often
tease you about relying on caffeine.
Yes, I'm sure it's fun to pick on me about my coffee habit ... but, like, where is my coffee?
14. The same people teasing you have also probably told you to cut back.
Please!
