Hey Seniors,
I don't know if you know this but adulthood is approaching alarmingly fast. I understand you've probably been paying your own bills while working and going to school, but mommy and daddy were just a phone call away if you needed their help. Soon you'll have to do it all on your own. It's only a little terrifying, but you'll get through it.
Your classes may be the worst thing in the world and senioritis might have already settled in, but take the time to enjoy it. Your professors and bosses at your internships just want you to succeed and are giving you all the tools to be successful. Listen to what they have to say, actually take the time to appreciate what their saying, this is going to be the last time someone actually takes the time to make sure you're learning something.
Make time for your friends. You may be busy and feel like you're running around like someone is chasing you with a chainsaw but making time for your friends is worth it. Soon you won't be down the hall from each other anymore. You'll get jobs around the world and you'll have to plan to see them. So enjoy your weekly movie nights and wine nights, enjoy the little things like the way they hold your hair when you have a rough night out. You may all be going down different roads but you all started here and you'll always have college together.
Don't stress too much. You'll figure it out, it might seem like a long shot but you will. What happens after graduation is up to you, whether it's grad school or a real job, what you're meant to do will happen. So don't worry yourself sick, make sure you have a rockin' resume and portfolio from your four to five years at school, take a deep breath and rock whatever interview you're going to. You got this.
Believe in yourself. You are the best you out there and don't let anyone else tell you otherwise. Take a breath and remember that. You are the bee's knees and anyone would be lucky to have you working for them after graduation.
Remember just because this is the end of an era doesn't mean that this is the end of your world. This is just the beginning of the new you. Don't forget who you are while you're getting there.
