Festival season is what every music fanatic lives for. It’s summer-time, the weather is hot and everyone is downing booze and having a great time listening to amazing music. We wait all year for these few months of when we can relax and enjoy the sweet melodic sounds from our favorite bands and DJ’s that have whipped up some new beats for us to swoon over.

What most people forget is that there are still festivals held even past the so-called “festival season.”

Here are a few of the most popular music festivals that are happening this fall:

Festival goers will also get to experience the rich art culture of NOLA and taste the many delicious flavors of what New Orleans has to offer from their poboys, to shrimp gumbo served from food trucks and tents.

2016 Line-up: Tool, Arcade Fire, The Weeknd, The Chainsmokers, G-Eazy, Kevin Gates, Rebelution, Tory Lanez, Excision, Gramatik, Oh Wonder, Melanie Martinez, Snakehips, Wild Belle, Lost Kings, Cheat Codes, and more.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!
