Feelings Toward Graduation As Told By Michael Scott

As April comes to an end, so does college for seniors. As I see my sister prepare herself for the real world, I see the stress and fear to graduate. Thinking about growing up is never easy and neither is actually having to do it. I mean, at least Michael Scott can relate to your thoughts.

1. Knowing the end is near but you can't accept it

2. When someone asks you what you're going to do with your major

3. When you don't have any future plans yet but you're trying not to think about it

4. When you have to grow up

5. "Do you have a job lined up after graduation?!"

6. When you realize you have to get a real job without Winter, Spring, or Summer breaks

7. When an entry-level job requires 2+ years of experience

8. Since you don't have a job, you don't have any money

9. Graduation day sneaks around the corner

10. But your hard work finally paid off and it was worth it

It may be scary but we all have to do it some day. You will get through it even though it seems impossible and so much is out on the table. Congrats class of 2017! Special congrats to my sister and her best friend, you did it now go live your dreams! Michael Scott sure did!

Everyone tells you that college is hard, but they fail to explain why. Sure, classes are hard. Math sucks, and political science can be so boring. But that's not even what's killing me about college. What's killing me about college is my deterioating mental health.

As a college student, I feel as if people don't understand just how exhausted I, and fellow college students are. We have so many things going on, all the time, and sometimes it's hard to explain to people how we feel. Personally...I'm tired. I'm sad. And I'm struggling every single day with my emotions. But the thing is, it hasn't always been this way. I haven't always hated school, so why am I feeling like this now?

Resting b***h face. Defined as a person, usually a girl, who naturally looks mean when her face is expressionless, without meaning to. Many of you suffer from this "condition." You are commonly asked what's wrong, when nothing is. What people don't know is that is just your facial expression. Here are some things they wish you knew.
