My 5 Strong Feelings On Colton Being The Bachelor

In This Article:

Okay, so for all you true ABC's the Bachelor and Bachelorette fans, I hope you're as shocked as I am about how Colton Underwood was announced the newest Bachelor. Here is a list of thoughts going through my mind when I saw this:

My first thought was....

1. What about Blake ?

Okay, I know there were team Garrett and team Blake fans at the end of last season. I think that Becca and Garrett are adorable together and make a perfect couple, but I was team Blake all the way. Thus, when he didn't receive the last rose, I thought for sure he would be a candidate for the bachelor.

2. Additionally, What about Jason?

Another prime candidate for the Bachelor. Jason was deeply in love with Becca and when she let him go it was devastating. He even brought her an adorable scrapbook that he had made of all their memories together. This was a hint to bachelor nation that Jason was a very sincere man who could be a good candidate for the next season.

3. Colton and Tia?

If you ask me, Colton seems like he comes with a lot of drama. He was seeing Tia before the show and he was seeing Tia after the show on Bachelor in Paradise. What does that say? Are we sure he is over her and more importantly, is Tia going to show up on this season of the Bachelor? I can say that I am excited to see the drama unfold.

4. Thank god its not Jordan

As hilarious as he is, at least we don't have cocky model boy prancing around in his golden underwear as our bachelor. As funny as that would be, it definitely would not have been good.

5. I definitely wasn't expecting it, but at least he is pretty to look at

Am I right ?

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
