We've all been there. Too many things go wrong at once and it piles up into one big, heaping pile of 'over it'. Being sensitive to the shifts in your life can be exhausting and some days it feels unbearable. In the ups, downs, and all arounds of life you aren't expected to grin and bear it at all times. Give yourself permission to just be 'over it' and to take time to recharge because, lets face it, life can be a pain in the butt sometimes.
When you're constantly working overtime to put things in order, it's easy to work yourself into a worn down state. With a society set on you having things figured out according to their standards, we feel pressure to fix things and our days become one continuous over-correction. When you find yourself dragging, it's important to recognize that even if your life seems like a jumbled mess, you aren't answering to anyone but yourself and you are important; take the much needed vacation, use your day off to just do nothing.
Even when things are going wrong, rest assured in the knowledge that time will work a lot of things out on its own. I know circumstances can be draining and the punches seem like they're never ending, but they are; its a simple but powerful truth. Before you give into that self-pity, downward spiral just remind yourself that good days are coming and they won't seem so exhausting. Take care of yourself on the days that hurt and push through to the better and brighter days ahead.
