Being a 90s kid definitely has its perks. Great music, great toys, and not to mention that the early 2000s was definitely a great time for television, specifically cartoons! I remember there was always something for me to watch after what I considered was "long day" at school (remember how things were so much easier back then compared to now?). The amount of shows I could list on here is endless but I have to narrow it down to a few! Bear with me though, I can't remember much about these shows but I do recognize the characters at least! Now let's begin:

"The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron"

Just watching that made the nostalgia so real. I watched "Jimmy Neutron" everyday after school. The show only aired for four years but it was a good run. It was hard to not have at least one favorite character. I'm sure you've never met anyone who loves llamas as much as Carl does though! I especially loved when there was a crossover with "The Fairly Odd Parents"which brings me to my next show.

"The Fairly OddParents"

First off, this theme song is amazing. I was so shocked to hear that they have changed it! This is why we can't have good things. Anyways, after watching this show who wouldn't want fairly godparents?! Cosmo and Wanda are there for Timmy to grant every single one of his wishes. How cool is that?! I'm glad to see that this show is still on Nick but it's likely changed so much from when I watched it. I bet it's still great though.

"Catdog"

I feel this is probably the most underrated Nick cartoon by far! I loved it so much! Following the life of conjoined siblings who are cat and dog is just as interesting as it sounds!

"Rocket Power"

These kids made me want to do every sport known to man but look at me now I only play one sport haha! I especially wanted to learn how to skateboard but that never happened. The major take away from this show though is definitely the handshake (Woogity, Woogity, Woogity!).

"The Wild Thornberrys"

I would first like to point out that the voice of Eliza is Gretchen Wieners from "Mean Girls." Is your mind blown like mine was when I found out?! This show was great, a bit weird to look at but great. I loved the movie as well.

"Rugrats"

I think the "Rugrats" is probably the show that's the most clear in my memory. I suddenly remember all the episodes and the movies. This show is such a classic. I seriously miss it!

"The Proud Family"

Although the theme song for this show is amazing (I mean it's Destiny's Child feating Solange!), I had to post this dance battle. It was hands down the best part of "The Proud Family Movie"! The show itself is a gem and I recommend you find some way to watch it if you haven't. Also, it's the only Disney cartoon on my list but I swear I watched Disney cartoons too but Nick cartoons were the first that came to mind.

Well that concludes my list! There are so much more shows I wish I could have included like "Kim Possible," "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends," "Codename: Kids Next Door," "My Life as a Teenage Robot," and so much more! Like I said before, the early 2000s was a great time for cartoons! Can we bring all these shows back instead of the shows kids are watching now? Please and thanks.

an image of taylor swift standing center stage surrounded by her backup dancers in elegant peacock esque outfits with a backdrop of clouds and a box rising above the stage the image captures the vibrant aesthetics and energy of her performance during the lover era of her eras tour

A three-and-a-half-hour runtime. Nine Eras. Eleven outfit changes. Three surprise songs. Zero breaks. One unforgettable evening. In the past century, no other performer has put on an electric performance quite like Taylor Swift, surpassing her fans ‘wildest dreams’. It is the reason supporters keep coming back to her shows each year. Days later, I’m still in awe of the spectacle ‘Miss Americana’ puts on every few days in a new city. And, like one of Taylor’s exes, has me smiling as I reminisce about the memories of the night we spent together.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
