1. "Talk Too Much" by COIN
My wonderful friend, Morgan (aka Piv), introduced me to this song. It is now a great summer jam of mine, all thanks to her!
Personal Memory: Piv and I jammed to this song on one of our many adventures to take pictures at some random place we found on the Internet.
2. "Mountain At My Gates" by Foals
An awesome, upbeat song I always come across when I am at Sheetz late at night for some odd reason. So, every time I hear this song, I think of Sheetz, as weird as that may sound.
Personal Memory: This song randomly appeared on my Spotify playlist. I am forever grateful for that because I fell in love with this song.
3. "My Sweet Summer" by Dirty Heads
In my opinion, this is definitely a summer song. It's a song to roll down your windows and blast on a hot summer day.
Personal Memory: My friends and I always listened to this song during the end of the school year right before summer started.
4. "Pink Lemonade" by The Wombats
One of my best friends at school, Sydney, showed me this song and introduced me to The Wombats. We have so much in common it is unbelievable. I swear we are the same person sometimes. We have the same taste in food, clothes and, of course, music.
Personal Memory: This song reminds me of the end of my freshman year of college. It is such a spring into summer type of song (if that makes any sense).
5. "Shake Me Down" by Cage the Elephant
Cage the Elephant is a great band and this song is very uplifting and powerful, which is why I love it so much.
Personal Memory: I would listen to this on repeat as I walked to class second semester of college to put me in a good mood before class started.
6. "Our Own House" by MisterWives
I have been a fan of MisterWives for a while now and this is by far my favorite song by them. It's great because it is about working hard to get where you need to be.
Personal Memory: My roommate and I from school would always jam to MisterWives, and this was our song. She has such an amazing voice so singing with her to this song always put me in a great mood.
7. "Swimming Pool Blues" by Miniature Tigers
A close friend told me to listen to this song, and I fell in love with it. I was unfamiliar with this band at the time, so I listened to their most recent album and it was pure gold.
Personal Memory: This friend and I would listen to this song all the time on our way to Northern Light Espresso Bar.
8. "Something Good Can Work" by Two Door Cinema Club
I just recently started listening to Two Door Cinema Club and they have become one of my favorite bands. This is the first song I heard by them and it continues to be my favorite song of theirs.

9. "She Way Out" by The 1975
This is my favorite band. They are an English alternative rock band, and I have really grown to love them more and more each time I listen to one of their songs.
Personal Memory: I listen to The 1975 on a regular basis and they are my favorite band. (Not so much a personal memory but more of a line of appreciation them.)
10. "I Wish (My Taylor Swift)" by The Knocks and Matthew Koma
Once again, Sydney showed me this song and I was obsessed with it towards the end of the school year. It has such a different type of beat and that makes it a great song to put me in a better mood.
