This new year is all about feeling great/ being healthy and taking that extra time for yourself. We all have different ways to feel our best but positive quotes and sayings can always brighten someones morning. I try to always take at least five minutes before starting my day to get my head right by reading a positive quote or hearing relatable lyrics. Being the best version of myself is at the top of my to do list, and that is only possible through meditation and a positive head space.

Truly becoming at peace with yourself is learning how to accept today, releasing yesterday, and giving up the need to control tomorrow. Many days this is easier said than done, so these quotes are a friendly reminder to always take the time to love yourself over anyone.

I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
